Infinity Capital Ltd Fund was established in 2009 by Mr Jarosław Stefańczyk (Vice President of ICF Ltd) and Mr Jerzy Dobrosielski (President of ICF Ltd)

The fund targets in companies from different industries which are not listed at the stock market and which have above-average growth potential.

We provide capital for companies in various stages of development. We offer essential backup, increase in business standards and thereby bigger company confidence.

We are a member of ICF Advisors Group – a group of companies offering:

• business consulting – ICF Ltd
• tax advisory services - ICF Tax Advisors Wolski and company – limited partnership,
• outsourcing of accountancy services - Acartus SA (joint-stock company),
• insurance agency - Asecurator Ltd

Partnership in ICF Advisors Group allows us to use knowledge, tools and contacts of all companies from the group.
In the evaluation of investment projects we use experience of all ICF Advisors Group members.
